Carrefour makes Target look like a boutique. Pretty much anything else I could say about it can be extrapolated from that. It's kindof phenomenal.
Also, the big mall in Amman is frighteningly huge. Imagine if Redmond Town Center ate half of Redmond, stacked it's own clone on top of itself, and grew walls and ceilings. It's called "Mecca Mall." I think that's the tackiest thing ever, and find it pretty upsetting.
